Today is my Birthday...It's a special birthday. You know? This is the first birthday that I stay with my love all day all night. He said one minute after midnight to me. Surprise!!! I thought he was waiting to say that. We sang a HBD song together. Many wishing words and much love (many kisses too hah). That's very good! Happy happy!!!!!.......

I got many wishes from my friends, old friends, Thai girls and new friends in Sweden. I am very happy. I got birthday gifts from Santa, my love. There are a SD card for my camera, a sweater and a jacket. That's very good for me because they are useful for me. And the last picture is food from Lamai, a Thai girl in Malmo, my new friend in Sweden. She is a very nice girl and friendly.

Today, I wore the plain green sweater. I like it so much, warm and makes me look good! You can see at the picture. Do you think so? hi hi hi.....

Sunshine day!

It was warm and sunshine! Good! We would go out because Santa had to go to see the doctor. And then we would go to Mobilia to buy more food. Our food was macaroni fried with eggs and vegetables.

It was 23 degrees so I wore the soldier jacket and took pictures in the room. It was very good weather outside, warm fresh air. And there was a nice blue sky, beautiful day! We walked out to the clinic. On the way, I met new colorful flowers so I took many pictures. I met cute mushrooms but did not know if I could eat them or not. Nobody told me because santa walked over there but I still took pictures. I always run after him.

I ran to take many pictures so it made me sweaty when I sat inside the clinic. Santa went to meet the doctor in the room. I was in the sitting room and planned for food for my HBD party. What would I cook? I decided to cook 7 kinds of food for the HBD party on Saturday. I hoped Everyone would like its taste.

Santa came out from the room I asked him about food for the party. What do you think about food that I will cook for the party? He said I don't know about food. Do you think your friend can eat it or not? He said I don't know Let's try Let's see. OK, Let's see What will happen?

We walked to the household shop not far from the clinic. Its name is JYSK Bedlager. We walked to look around the shop. I thought Everything is cheap. I bought cloth hangers and a net bag, to put sensitive clothes to wash in the washing machine. Cheap!

And then we walked in the sun, it was very good. Hey! Santa Why did we go this way? The Mobilia is over there. He told me It 's sunshine and warm so let's walk in the sun to get brown. OK. I walked, ran and took the pictures. We walked to NOVA LUND. Santa, You would take me to shop here. Good! He said, No. just walk in the sun.

He told me Let's walk to another cheap shop not far away from NOVA LUND. Its name is ÖVERSKOTTSBOLAGET. It is a big shop. It has many things, for example household something for the kitchen, for the garden, for the toilet, some clothes, food and snacks (don't have fresh food.), so many things. We walked to look around to find things that we wanted.

We bought hard bread, oil for cooking, Thai rice, chocolate, etc. We put everything in our backpacks and cloth bags and then walked to Mobilia. I was hungry and tired. We ate some cookies that we just bought.

We sat in front of the post office in Mobilia. We were tired. Santa told me I should buy stamps to put on the envelope myself. I send letters to my parents every two weeks. We checked the price for a letter to Thailand, out of Europe. I wondered Why it has different price than I ever paid before. What was wrong? They charged me. For what? So we bought some stamps. They are beautiful stamps.

And then we walked to buy more food in AGs. I wanted to buy chicken , pork, carrot and bananas. So many things to buy today. We have 2 backpacks, 2 cloth bags but not enough to put the food so we had to buy one more plastic bag. We sat down out of AGs and packed everything in the bags. Oh! my god, too heavy. I want to take a shopping car to our room.

We walked to the room. I sat on every seat on the way. . But Santa did not. He walked and walked and was quiet. I walked, sat down and took pictures again. I can not run because too heavy food and was tired. We sat down on the seat in the middle of the way between Mobilia to our place. It was sunshine ,warm and a good view.

Finally, We were in our room. Tired thirsty and hungry. I boiled spare ribs and fried mushrooms in oil with Italian salad spices, very tasty! Oh! tomorrow We will have HBD party. I have to prepare and check everything. I took out dishes, bowls, spoons, forks, glasses and cups to clean. I decorated the sitting room with colorful balls, hanged on the lamp that hangs in the ceiling. I covered the old sofas with blue, orange and white cloth, put a small tree on the table. Good It looked very nice! I was excited for the first HBD party abroad very much!

A Big Cleaning Day !.... I will come and tell you what happened?............

I cleaned our dirty balcony. It had much dried bird shit. Santa went out to take away the net. That net used to protect birds to come in our balcony. Birds are smart. They could get into the balcony to sleep and shit every night. Santa got backpain from it when he went out to take the net away. I took out bad smell bird shit into a plastic bag. I hated it. Oh my god, it smelled so bad. So I used a yellow T-shirt to cover my nose and showering hat to cover my head. Santa told me I looked like a Al Quaeda girl. Hahaha !! He laughed at me. Yes, I agreed.

After cleaning I hanged the flower boxes on the balcony. And I let Santa take pictures of Al Quaeda Girl. I worked hard, felt tired and was very hungry. But I had to take a shower first. I wondered all the time if I would get bird flu or not. Maybe or maybe not. I think I hope I will be a lucky girl. I will not get bird flu.

I felt good to get the cleaned balcony. I will open the door to get fresh air. I will go to sit outside when it is sunshine. Very nice huh?

Stayed at the room, a quiet day. I cooked a new dish. It was tasty. I will tell you later. OK? I am busy but not lazy so I can not update my diary in time.

My new dish is potatoes fried with eggs. I cut potatoes into small pieces and then boiled it with salt. I cut garlic into small pieces. I fried garlic in oil until it changed from white to yellow and then put an egg, waited a little and stirred. I put some boiled red beans, some small pieces of onion, carrot, big chili, whatever I wanted. Put some fish sauce and stirred. Put boiled potato and then stirred. I got the new dish like in a picture. It was very tasty. I liked it. Santa liked it too.

I like to cook and make many experiments with cooking Thai food with Swedish ingredients.

I hoped I would grow flowers today but it was raining hard so maybe tomorrow is a sunshine day. I will do it.

This day was a holiday, National day. We stayed at the room. It was a quiet day again.

It was not a sunshine day, cold and gray. Boring weather! I want sunshine and warm days.

June 7th, 2006

Nice weather! Sunshine and warm! I went out to grow the flowers in the flower boxes that hanged on the balcony. I have two flower boxes. I have five kinds of flowers. I grew one kind of flower in half of the box . I was happy to do that. I hope they will grow quickly. I will have a beautiful balcony like the neighbor. Great!

Tomorrow, in Thailand we will start to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of His Majesty's Accession to the Throne. It's a pity! I didn't have a chance to see it with my eyes but I try to find news, pictures and VDO about this celebration all the time. Thai people look forward to see that, me too.

We love the King. He is a good King. He has many projects to help poor people. You can see a VDO about The Thai King in this link: The 60th Bhumibol. I think You will know. Why we love him?

The 60th Anniversary Celebrations of His Majesty's Accession to the Throne.

Started to celebrate the 60th anniversary of His Majesty's Accession to the Throne in Thailand. The celebration's days are June 9 - 12, 2006. The goverment let Thai people wear yellow shirt for the Thai King and I am a Thai girl so I want to do that too. I let Santa wear a yellow T-shirt. We took pictures and put on my website and my space. "Long live the Thai King" -- I love my King.

I found news about this celebration. I can't miss it. My friends, Thai girls in Sweden, did like me too. We share opinion and tell about good websites about this thing. We are happy and proud to present to the world.

June 10th, 2006

Went out to buy food at AGs. Nice weather, warm and sunshine. Santa was sleepy all the time. But I felt good to go out. I like to walk around and look at everything especially beautiful flowers. I took photos. I will put in "Photo albums".

At the room, I grow radishes. I did not have a flower box anymore. I did not want to buy it so I used 5 litres plastic containers, cut one side of it out and made holes in the other side. Put earth, seed and then water. Finished! Good! I ever did like this when I grew some vegetables and flowers in my home village. I used food cans too, made holes in the bottom. It was very easy and saves money. I hope I will get big radishes to eat!

I update my English diary. I can not update it in time because I am busy but not lazy. And My English is not good but I want to practice it by writing diary in English. I thought I can practice and tell stories about me to people at the same time. When I finished to write English diary, I sent it to Santa. He would suggest me and helpe me correct it. We did like this many times until everything is ok. Finally, I can upload into my website. I hope my English will be better soon.

June 12th, 2006

It was so hot! I told Santa, I wanted an aircondition or a fan. He laughed at me. I opened all windows and a door near the balcony. It was better a little bit but the weather is still hot for me. Santa told me he likes this weather.

In the afternoon, I grew radishes in 5 litres plastic containers more. Santa told me You destroyed my things. You know Radishes that I grew before they are growing up. It goes very quickly. The seed's cover opened. I saw a small root growing out. Good! I think my hope will come true soon.

June 13th, 2006

My radishes and flowers grow up more and more. I put water every morning and evening.

Santa went out to work. I went out with him as usual. It was a noisy day but it was a happy day of high school students who finished high school. They got white hats and walked around in the afternoon. They shouted,whistled and sang some songs. Girls often wear white dress suit or white skirt and T-shirt. Boys often wear back or white suits.

In the evening, We went out from the office. I saw the high school students again but they sat on old cars or were dancing on the trucks. They went around the city. I liked it so I tried to take photos of them. I thought It looked like Lundakarnevalen.

The weather was very nice. We went to Netto shop. We wanted to buy Aroma powder to put in our food. They were sold out. It was a pity! We got much food from there and then walked to the apartment. On the way, I took many pictures of flowers. And we still saw the happy students.

June 14th, 2006

In the evening, I saw the noisy high school students again but much more than yesterday. Santa told me maybe they are students from a big school. When we took the bus to come back to the room. I saw many people were standing beside the way to take photos or VDO. I thought They were friends and relatives of the high school students. Traffic jam in Lund as so many cars and trucks took the students around the city. I saw they drank beer. Hah! It looked like Lundakarnevalen so much.

Aound 9 PM, I saw some orange color on the top of trees. It was very nice. I went out to stand on the balcony. It was a little bit raining. I opened the window in the bed room and looked outside. Wow! Very beautiful! I saw a beautiful rainbow. Santa was sleeping.

I cooked this dish! Does it look tasty? It is Cashew nuts and deep fried chicken covered with vegetables fried in mushroom sauce.

Ingredients: Cashew nuts, Chicken, Mushroon sauce, Oion, Big chili, Leeks, Wheat Flour, Oil

Steps:

- Cut chicken into small pieces and mix with mushroom sauce.

- Put a little water and salt in the flour and then mix it.

- Dip chicken in the flour mixture and fry in hot oil until they get brown.

- Fry cashew nuts in hot oil untill they get brown, stir all the time. Be careful! They get brown very quickly! And then take them up.

- Cut vegetables into small pieces.

- Fry vegetables. : put a little bit oil into a pan and wait until the oil is hot. Put all of small pieces vegetables, some mushroom sauce and then stir it, just a minute. Take it up. (Don't forget to close your hot plate! )

- Put cashew nuts and deep fried chicken into the dish and then cover with fired vegetables.

- That 's all. You can enjoy good smell of cashew nuts, crispy deep fried chickens and got some fibers and vitamins from tasty fried vegetables in mushroom sauce.
