"I want to practise my English skill so I make this page. If you find some mistakes in my English tell me. I want to learn more and more! Thank you very much"

I borrowed roller skates from Lennart around 2 weeks ago. I wanted a funny thing to do and get some exercise at the same time. I just tried to go by roller skates in my room. I wanted to get down to play in front of the building but I heard from my friend she got an accident from roller skates. She could not walk well for 1 month. I did not want to be like that! So I never got down to play it!
In the evening, I had an appointment with Lennart & Alla at the parking near our place. Lennart came to teach me to go by roller skates. I was excited. What would happen? I borrowed a helmet from Håkan. Lennart took things to protect hands and knees for me.
At the parking:
* click at the picture to see in big size!
I was excited to go by roller skates. It was my first time. Huh! I did not want to fall down. I did not want to get hurt. I thought Everything was safe enough so did not worry. I had things to protect my hands and knees.
OK! I would try. Let's go!
I was afraid. I could not go by roller skates well. I held the hands of Lennart and Alla and tried to go forward. I felt like I would fall down all the time. Huh!
Finally, I did it! Good! Lennart told me what to do and I tried to do like he said.
I thought It was better. Because I had a good trainee.
Hah! I went with roller skates alone. It was funny.
I tried to go by roller skates faster.
I almost fell down. hahaha...
I could not stop so I had to catch something.
I took a rest and then played more. Santa was the photographer.
Thank you everybody for a funny time today...
Santa and I walked to our place. I wanted to go by roller skates in front of our place. Not for long time because It was getting cold so we got up to our apartment. I was very hungry.
After I had dinner. I searched information about "Work and Residence Permit in Sweden". I will go back to Thailand in the beginning of September. I will apply for a Work and Residence Permit in Sweden at Embassy of Sweden in Bangkok, Thailand. This is a link of Embassy of Sweden in Bangkok : Application for a Work and Residence Permit. If you want to translate your papers you can go to Interlanguage Translation Center, Nana Soi 1 Tel. 02-254 1677, 252 3877 Fax. 02-255 2998 or at the same building as the Swedish Embassy around the 13th or 14th floor. I once got down to copy some paper and they told me they translate papers.
I visited http://thaisinsverige.pantown.com to take a look for more information about work and residence permit. There are Thai girls who applied for work and resident permit and they came to share experiences and tell how to do in many situations. This website is like a Thai house in Sweden. It is a very good website. There are Thai people in Sweden that come to talk about many things such as news, visa, study Swedish, Thai recipes, car licence.
I looked for and read topics about work and residence permit in the website. There are many suggestions and questions that Swedish Embassy will ask when you go to the interview so I translated to ask Santa. Just for fun hihihi.

Spring roll : It is very easy to make it. Vegetables and some meat cut in small pieces and then fry. Put some sauce, pepper and other spices. Leave it to cool down. If vegetables and meat fried have much soup. Should pour soup away. And roll it like on the pictures.
Fry in the hot oil until they get golden. Serve with some vegetables and sauce.

This is wonton soup. I put shrimp on wonton paste and closed it. And then boiled the wonton in hot water around 3 minutes and took them out.
The first one I used chicken wings and some carrot to make soup. The second one I used the big bone of pig to make soup and put some meat balls. (put boiled bean spouts and wontons and poured soup over)
This is wonton paste.
This is the step to grow bean sprouts.
Put green beans in water and leave over night. Take green beans out from the water and put on kitchen paper. Put some water until the paper is wet. Cover with kitchen paper and put some water until the paper is wet. Put it in the shadow. Should not get any sun. The covered paper should be wet all the time. Approximately 2 days, then you get bean sprouts to eat.
Healthy and tasty! Good! Then they will grow up too big and not be tasty. Should take them out from the paper and put in fridge.
I used bean sprouts to make salad, fry with some meat and some sauce and put in noodles soup.
Let's see my flowers at my balcony. I started to grow them around the beginning of June.
The name of the white flowers is "Pysslingkrage". The name of the orange ones is "Ringblomma". There are 2 kinds of flowers that don't blossom, "Sammetstagetes" and "Buskkrasse". The last picture is food sticks of flower.
And let's see my radishes:

Today, we walked out to buy train tickets to go to Copenhagen. And after that I wanted to eat a pizza and take a look at a Thai shop so we walked to a pizza resturant beside a Thai shop, near the police station. It was too sunny and hot so I got headache. I easily get Migraine in such cases I am sensitive to UV rays and too much sun.
The pizza was very big. We ate it all. After that I wanted to vomit because I ate too much tomato sauce and cheese. I just wanted to try! And then we took a look at the Thai shop. I bought a bottle of fish sauce, a pack of frozen dried fish, some Thai fruits, a pack of morning glory and a pumpkin. Everything is too expensive! I thought I will buy Thai food sometimes but then I will buy only sauce and similar things.
It is a radish. It is growing up. I think I can pick it soon.
In the evening, there were 2 balloons flying past our place. I was excited and took pictures. I never saw it before.
I wanted to fly to look at the top view around City of Lund.
